Terms of Use

These terms govern use of the Mountain State Attorneys website. By using the site, you acknowledge the following limitations and responsibilities.

Last updated September 4, 2026

General information only

The site provides general information about Mountain State Attorneys, legal services, and selected legal topics. It is not legal advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer who has reviewed the specific facts, law, jurisdiction, documents, and deadlines involved.

Laws, rules, agency practices, and court procedures change. Although the firm may identify review dates and official sources, it does not promise that every page is complete, current, or applicable to a particular situation.

No attorney-client relationship

Viewing the site, calling, texting, emailing, or submitting an intake does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after the firm confirms it can accept the matter and the client and firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Do not rely on an inquiry to stop a deadline. Do not send confidential or sensitive information unless requested through an appropriate channel. The firm may be unable to represent you because of conflicts, capacity, jurisdiction, subject matter, timing, or other considerations.

Permitted use and intellectual property

You may use the site for lawful personal or business information purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt, probe, gain unauthorized access to, copy at scale, misrepresent, frame, or use the site in a way that violates law or the rights of the firm or another person.

Unless otherwise identified, the site design, original text, graphics, logos, and other content are owned by or licensed to Mountain State Attorneys and are protected by applicable law. Limited quotations with attribution may be permitted by law; other reproduction or commercial use requires authorization.

External services and links

The site links to Clio Grow, maps, courts, government sources, and other third-party services. Mountain State Attorneys does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or policies. A link does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

Communications and information transmitted through third-party services are also subject to those providers’ terms and policies.

No warranties; limitation; changes

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Mountain State Attorneys disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated and is not responsible for decisions made in reliance on general site information.
