Access for every visitor
Accessibility
Mountain State Attorneys wants people with disabilities to be able to obtain the same website information and contact the firm through an effective method.

Our approach
The website is designed with semantic headings, keyboard-visible focus, a skip link, readable type and contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives for meaningful images, reduced-motion support, and controls that do not rely solely on color. Decorative mountain imagery is hidden from assistive technologies.
Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Technology, content, browsers, assistive tools, and standards change, and some third-party services linked from the site are outside the firm’s direct control.
Request assistance or report a barrier
If you cannot access information, use a feature, or complete an intake because of a disability-related barrier, call or text (801) 770-4323 or email admin@mountainstateattorneys.com. Identify the page, the information or task, the problem encountered, and a preferred method of contact.
The firm will make a reasonable effort to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative and to evaluate the reported issue. Please do not include confidential case details in an accessibility report.
Using the site
The site is intended to support browser zoom and text enlargement. Keyboard users can move through links and controls using standard navigation keys. Visitors who prefer less motion can enable the reduced-motion setting in their device or browser.
For the most reliable experience, use a current version of a major browser and current assistive technology. If the linked Clio Grow intake presents a barrier, contact the firm by telephone, text, or email for an alternative intake method.
