Do not send confidential documents, original materials, passwords, financial-account credentials, or sensitive evidence unless the firm instructs you to do so through an approved method.
Information submitted through the online intake is processed through Clio Grow, a third-party legal intake service. Its services are subject to its own privacy and security terms. Telephone, text-message, and email providers also process communications according to their respective services and policies.
Information generated by website use
The web host, content-management system, security services, and any analytics or performance tools that are enabled may process technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, timestamps, and security or error logs.
The site may use necessary cookies or similar storage for core functions and security. If optional analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, those technologies may collect additional usage information. The policy should be reviewed whenever the firm changes the measurement tools used on the production website.
How information may be used

Service providers receive information for the services they perform.
Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for inquiry management, conflicts records, security, legal and professional obligations, dispute prevention, and the purposes described here. Retention periods can differ by category and context.
